If his service is offered through the sale, but not purchased by August 1, 2003, I will have the opportunity to pay a reduced
"buy back" nomination fee of $125.00 payable from the day after the September 2003 Futurity until not later than November

It is understood that all charges, including normal veterinarian and farrier expenses, are the sole responsibility
of the mare owner and will, in no way, be an obligation of MBHA or the stallion owner. It is also understood that the
mare owner is guaranteed a live foal or is entitled to re-breed the same mare to the same servicing stallion in the
following year. (Except in the event that either the stallion or the mare dies or becomes unfit to breed.)
