Missouri Buckskin Horse Association MARE OWNER I understand the stallion service can not be resold and MUST BE USED WITHIN TWO YEARS or forfeit the purchase price. No refunds will be made except in the event of death or sale of the chosen stallion. However, another stallion may be chosen in said stallion's place. All contractual agreements, guarantees and incidental expenses are solely between the buyer/mare owner and the stallion owner. Each stallion owner's personal contract will prevail and it is the duty of the buyer to know what kind of contract the stallion owner uses by inquiring before signing this contract. Cooled shipped semen costs are also extra. I understand the entry fee for the futurity is not included in the service fee. I do hereby agree to abide by and meet all the conditions of this agreement.
